Founded in Houston, TX, by a former practice manager frustrated by claim errors and payment delays. The company began by serving three local clinics with a founding team of certified billers.
2019
Expanded to serve multi-specialty groups and built a dedicated denial management division — specialists focused on payer appeals, reconsiderations, and dispute escalation.
